OUR PROGRAMME

The Bachelor of International Business [Hons] programme was established to produce students who are knowledgeable and able to conduct business in the international arena. Thus, the root of knowledge in business and management disciplines is essential preparation for facing a more competitive in the business world whether in private or public organizations particularly the multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs) and other business entities and business service providers.

The objective of this program is to produce graduates with comprehensive knowledge and advanced skills to manage business operations on an international platform, in alignment with Malaysia’s growing prominence in the global trade landscape. This includes fostering expertise as managers or professionals capable of excelling in diverse business environments. To achieve this, an in-depth understanding of global issues and international business principles is essential, providing a strong foundation to navigate an increasingly competitive business world.

Graduates from this program will possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of business management both in Malaysia and on a global scale. They will also be well-versed in cultural, linguistic, political, geographical, and socio-economic factors that influence international business dynamics. Furthermore, graduates are equipped to integrate and apply their acquired knowledge and skills, demonstrate exceptional competence, independence, and problem-solving abilities through innovative and creative thinking, while upholding high ethical standards and commendable values.
